【摘 要】 目的：分析我院2014年1月至12月门诊处方不合理用药情况，了解存在的问题，提高处方质量，促进临床合理用药。方法：对2014年1月至12月份门诊西药房所收集的不合理处方进行系统分类和统计分析。结果：门诊不合理处方3239张中，主要有不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方分别占不合理处方的26.3%、70.2%、3.5%。结论：我院门诊不合理处方主要存在书写不规范和用药不适宜两方面的问题，针对不合理用药问题，应加强医护人员相关专业知识的学习，规范处方质量，确保安全合理用药。
