【摘 要】 小儿手术理想的麻醉方法是采用麻醉操作简单，对患儿生理扰乱小，并发症少，麻醉效果确切，生命体征平稳为佳，近1年对7-14岁小儿上肢手术采用静吸加臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，阻滞效果完善，麻醉深度容易控制，术中无知晓，患儿术后苏醒快。
