【摘 要】 目的 分析临床抗生素不合理应用原因及应对干预对策。方法 选取我院2013年6月～2015年8月期间的门诊处方1200张，定向统计抗生素使用情况。结果 随机抽取的1200张处方中，共计736张处方中应用了抗生素药物，其中不合理应用抗生素药物处方107张，占比14.53%。结论： 我院抗生素整体使用情况基本趋于合理，但仍存在相应不足，亟待合理处理干预，有效强化抗生素应用治疗，强化患者临床治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the reason of irrational use of antibiotics in clinical and response to intervention countermeasures.
