【摘 要】 目的：检测Notch信号通路在乳腺癌和增生性中的表达，探讨Notch1、JAG1与乳腺癌相关临床指标的关系。方法：选取乳腺癌组织(50例)和得癌旁正常乳腺组织(20例)进行对照研究，采用RP-PCR方法对Notch信号中的Notch1和JAG1在乳腺癌和增生性中的表达情况进行检测。结果：LN分期和乳腺癌病理学分级比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)；TNM分期中Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期的比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)，Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期比较差异并不显著(P>0.05)。结论：Notch信号相关通路在乳腺癌和增生性中的作用并不相同，Notch1和JAG1的异常表达均与乳腺癌存在内在关联。
