【摘 要】 目的：评估开放性手术治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法：腘窝囊肿病例均接受开放性手术治疗。随访膝关节功能及复发情况。结果：术后随访92.1%病例获得良好效果。结论：开放性手术治疗腘窝囊肿，目前仍值得在临床上应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of open surgery to treat popliteal cyst.Method： All cases with popliteal cyst underwent open surgery. The function of knee and recurrence of popliteal cyst were followed up. Result： 92.1% cases of patients who receieved open surgery show good.Conclusion： Open surgery to treat popliteal cyst is still worthy application in clinic.
