【摘 要】 目的 探讨分析神经内科护理中对脑卒中康复护理的临床疗效。方法 我院神经内科2015年1月至6月间收治入院84例脑卒中患者，随机分组，即观察组和对照组，于进行护理后的第1个月末和第5个月末对脑卒中患者进行临床疗效的对比评价。结果 两组患者经过经过相同时间的护理后，观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.86%，显著高于对照组患者的78.57%，且两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 神经内科护理中对脑卒中患者给予康复护理，可显著改善患者神经功能恢复，降低肢体瘫痪率。
