【摘 要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法 随机选取我院耳鼻喉科2014年1月―2014年12月收治的20例顽固性鼻出血患者，均接受经鼻内镜治疗，评价临床效果。结果 20例患者中除2例患者外，均取得了理想的效果。结论 鼻内镜治疗顽固性鼻出血止血理想、疗效显著，简便，安全，值得在临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic treatment of intractable nasal bleeding.Methods 20 cases of refractory nasal bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly selected. The patients were treated by endoscopic therapy， and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results the ideal results were obtained in 20 patients except 2 cases.Conclusion endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding is ideal，effective，simple，safe，worthy of clinical application.
