【摘 要】 目的 探讨颅脑CT平扫对头痛患者的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析510例主诉为头痛的门诊患者的颅脑CT平扫检查，统计检查结果的阳性率及分析阳性结果的临床价值。结果 在510例头痛患者中，478例诊断结果为阴性，32例诊断结果为阳性，阳性率为6.3%。结论 大多数头痛患者CT表现是正常的，其价值有限，但对极少数头痛患者及时发现病变有十分重要意义。
