【摘 要】 目的：探讨鼻声反射对儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者手术的临床疗效。方法：应用吉姆(GM)鼻声反射仪对120例儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者行鼻内镜下腺样体低温等离子切除术前及术后1月分别进行检测，记录检测数据并行统计学分析。结果：鼻气道阻力(NAR)检测结果术后较术前变小，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；鼻咽腔容积(NPV)检测结果术后较术前变大，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)检测结果术后较术前变化较小，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：鼻内镜下腺样体低温等离子切除术对儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者有明显的临床疗效，并且鼻声反射可以作为该临床疗效评价的客观指标之一。
