【摘 要】 目的：探究分娩镇痛对产程的影响。方法：选取我院2015年7月-2016年7月期间妇产科接收的足月分娩产妇130例作为此次研究的对象，随机分为两组，每组65例，对照组产妇采用常规分娩处理，实验组产妇采用分娩镇痛处理，对比两组产妇的产程状况。结果：实验组采用分娩镇痛后，产妇顺产率明显高于对照着，组间比较差异显著，存在统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论：分娩镇痛能够有效改善产妇的分娩结局，大大减小破宫产率，值得在临床上推广与应用。
