【摘 要】 目的 探讨临床药师参与肝硬化自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者抗感染治疗的作用。方法 临床药师参与1例自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者的抗感染治疗，临床药师与临床医师共同讨论制订抗感染治疗方案并根据患者病情进行优化。结果与结论 患者病情好转予以出院。临床药师在促进抗菌药物合理用药，提高药物治疗疗效等方面起到了积极重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the roles of the clinical pharmacists in the antimicrobial agent treatment.Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of a spontaneous bacterial peritonitis patient ， for analyzing and modifing the treatment protocol with clinicians.Results and conclusion Clinical pharmacist with pharmaceutical professional skills has played a positive role in improving the clinical efficacy and rational drug use.
