延续性护理对于子宫切除术患者心理状态产生的影响(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探討延续性护理对于子宫切除术患者心理状态的影响。方法：选取我院2014年5月-2015年9月接收的行子宫切除术患者118例，采用数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，对照组患者行常规护理，研究组给予延续性护理干预，对比两组患者护理后心理状态。结果：两组患者出院时SAS、SDS评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05)；研究组出院后6个月SAS评分及SDS评分与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：延续性护理的应用可有效改善子宫切除术患者心理状态，效果显著，可临床推广应用。
