手术治疗中老年耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎患者疗效观察
【摘 要】 目的 探讨手术切除坏死软骨治疗耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎的效果。 方法 对2015年10月至2016年7月我科收治的3例中老年耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过随访观察其治疗效果。结果 所有患耳切口一期愈合 ， 耳廓形状保持良好。结论 手术切除坏死软骨治疗耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎临床效果良好。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of surgical removal of the necrotic cartilage to treat suppurative perichondritis of auricle. Methods A retrospective analysis was done to the clinicaI data of 3 middle-aged and old patients with suppurative perichondritis of auricle in our department from October 2015 to July 2016， through follow-up to observe the therapeutic effect. Results All incisions of the middle-aged and old patients with suppurative perichondritis of auricle primary healing and there is no obvious change in the shape of their auricles . Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical removal of the necrotic cartilage to treat suppurative perichondritis of auricle is fine.
