全身放疗的临床新进展及应用
【摘 要】 全身放疗在骨髓移植中主要有二大作用：①免疫抑制作用：破坏骨髓细胞和细胞免疫能力，减少骨髓同种移植的免疫反应；②联合化疗的抗癌作用，参与破坏恶性肿瘤细胞，这二种机理根据疾病的种类和患者的情况不同在联合作用的基础上各自所占的比重不同。

【Abstract】 the general radiotherapy in bone marrow transplantation has two main functions： (1) the immune inhibition： destruction of bone marrow cells and cellular immunity， reduce bone marrow homograft immune response； (2) combined chemotherapy of anticancer， participate in the destruction of malignant tumor cells， these two mechanisms is different according to the types of diseases and patients on the basis of the combination of each share.
