二维及彩色多普勒超声在胎盘植入诊断中的应用价值(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探讨了二维及彩色多普勒超声在胎盘植入诊断中的应用价值。方法：随机选取我院2012年5月至2016年10月间收治的110例胎盘植入患者，对所有研究对象进行分类，纳入55例对照组、55例观察组。对照组行二维超声诊断，观察组以二维超声诊断为基础联合彩色多普勒超声进行诊断，将诊断结果与病理检查结果进行对比，总结两组患者的最终诊断情况。结果：在不同诊断方式下，观察组诊断效果更接近预设值，与对照组相比，诊断符合率、诊断结果、诊断敏感性更为理想，存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在胎盘植入诊断中应用二维联合彩色多普勒超声诊断可较好反映出患者的病变情况，明确病变位置、病变范围等信息，进而为后期的临床治疗提供依据，具有较高的应用价值。
