埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果观察(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探究埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。 方法：选取88例2015年5月～2016年8月在本院接受诊治的消化性溃疡患者做研究，随机分2组/44例，对照组-奥美拉唑治疗，观察组-埃索美拉唑治疗。相比2组患者的症状积分、不良反应、生活质量评分。 结果：观察组治疗后，症状分值较低，不良反应发生率是4.55%且生活质量的各项分值均高于对照组，观察组更具优势(P<0.05)。 结论：埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果显著。
