乳腺癌中NDRG-1基因甲基化状态研究(3)

对于NDRG-1基因的启动子区甲基化状态研究,国内外尚无研究报道。本实验利用双色荧光杂交微阵列基因芯片技术对NDRG-1基因启动子区甲基化水平进行定量检测,发现CpG位点肿瘤组织和对应癌旁组织的甲基化率分别为40.76%和22.41%,差异有统计学意义。因此可以推测甲基化调控机制可能是NDRG-1基因的重要调控途径之一,从而与乳腺癌的发生相关。
