缺氧诱导因子-1α在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与微血管生成的关系(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在宫颈癌中的表达及其与微血管生成的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术分别检测43例宫颈癌、32例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和43例正常宫颈组织中的HIF-1α、VEGF的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果 HIF-1α、VEGF、MVD在正常宫颈组织、CIN、宫颈癌中的阳性表达率均依次升高,3组之间比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.01);HIF-1α的表达与VEGF呈正相关(P<0.05),VEGF的表达与MVD也呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF及MVD在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,HIF-1α在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,并通过VEGF表达促进肿瘤血管形成。HIF-1α可能成为治疗宫颈癌新的靶基因。

    Expression of HIF-1α in cervical carcinoma tissues and its relationship with micro-vascular density

    Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of hypoxia-induced factor-1α(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in cervical carcinoma.The relationships between the expression of the said two structures and micro blood vessels formation are also discussed.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was performed to examine the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and micro vascular density(MVD)in 43 cases of tissues of cervical carcinoma,32 cases of cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia(CIN) cervical tissues and 43 cases of normal cervical tissues.Results The positive expressions of HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD gradually rise in normal cervical tissues,CIN and cervical carcinoma.The great differences exist in the three groups(P<0.01).The expression of HIF-1α is closely related to VEGF,MVD(P<0.05),while the expression of VEGF is closely related to that of MVD(P<0.05).

    Conclusions The overexpression of HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical carcinoma.The overexpression of HIF-1α induces the tumor angiogenesis by VEGF. HIF-1α may be a target gene to cure cervical carcinoma.
