42例血液病患者输注血小板疗效分析

     [摘要] 目的:探讨血小板输注的效果。方法:对42例血液病患者180例次浓缩血小板输注情况及效果进行回顾性分析。结果:急性白血病(AL)、再生障碍性贫血(AA)、脾功能亢进、特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)输注浓缩血小板有效率分别为7444%、7419%、4193%和2962%,AL及AA疗效好,与脾功能亢进及ITP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<001)。结论:血小板输注总体效果较好,不同病种输注效果有明显差异。

    [Abstract] Objective:To identify the efficiency of platelet transfusion.Methods:Effects of 42 cases of blood diseases patients with 180 platelet transfusion was analysed. Results:The infusion effciency of acute leukemia (AL), aplastic anemia (AA), hypersplenism and idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP) was 7444%, 7419%, 4193% and 2962%, respectively. The infusion efficiency of AL and AA was significantly higher than hypersplenism and ITP(P<0.01).Conclusion: The overall effectiveness of platelet transfusion is better, the transfusion effect is different because of different diseases. ......
