【摘要】 目的：分析成都市第五人民医院2008-2012年医学科技论文发表情况，了解其科研发展水平，探讨存在的问题并提出相应的对策。方法：对成都市第五人民医院近5年医学科技论文发表数据进行统计、分析。结果：成都市第五人民医院论文发表数量逐年增加，但质量不高，与同级医院比较仍有较大差距。结论：通过加强科研培训、人才建设、院际交流合作、调整相关管理政策等手段可进一步提高科技论文的产出及质量。
