优质护理对优化门诊就诊流程中的运用
【摘要】目的:分析研究优化门诊就诊流程加入优质护理的临床效果。方法:全科统一认识,完善各项规章制度,主动开展优质护理服务,对开展优质护理服务以后的门诊就诊流程以及群众满意度给予分析。结果:开展优质护理服务以后,门诊就诊流程秩序井然,挂号、取药以及缴费的人数在10人以下,群众满意度从原来的90%增加到95%以上。结论:优化门诊就诊流程加入优质护理服务,可以使门诊就诊流程井然有序,群众满意度明显提高,使门诊乃至整个医院持续、良好的发展。【关键词】运用;门诊;就诊流程;优质护理
