【摘 要】 目的 对经皮穿刺引流术和手术治疗胰腺假性囊肿的疗效进行观察。方法 对我院40例胰腺假性囊肿患者进行回顾性分析，对经皮穿刺引流术和手术治疗的临床效果进行分析。结果 观察组首次治疗成功率为75.0%(9/12)，对照组首次治疗成功率为85.7%(24/28)，两组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胰腺假性囊肿患者采用经皮穿刺引流术和手术治疗的临床效果无明显差异，均取得较好的治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective to percutaneous puncture drainage and to observe the efficacy of surgical treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. Methods a total of 40 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst were analyzed retrospectively， the percutaneous puncture drainage and the clinical effect of surgical treatment were analyzed.
