【摘要】目的：探讨糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮皮疹的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的79例系统性红斑狼疮皮疹患者，将其随机分为观察组45例和对照组34例，观察组采用糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗，对照组单纯采用糖皮质激素治疗，比较两组患者治疗总有效率及副作用发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.6%，对照组为76.5%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义，(P<0.05)，且观察组治疗后副作用发生率为11.1%,对照组为35.3%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义，(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮皮疹疗效较好，副作用少，疗效明显优于单纯使用糖皮质激素。

Abstract：objective: to study the joint glucocorticoid hydroxychloroquine clinical curative effect for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) skin rash.
