低剂量舒必利在抑郁症治疗中的应用(1)

【摘要】目的: 探讨低剂量舒必利治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法: 选取我院2012年2月-2013年4月间收治的80例抑郁症患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组采用舍曲林联合低剂量舒必利治疗，对照组单独给予舍曲林治疗，比较两组患者治疗后总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果: 观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%，对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%，两组比较差异明显，(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为15%，对照组为35%，两组比较差异有统计学意义，(P<0.05)。结论: 低剂量舒必利联合抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症疗效确切，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广。
