功能性消化不良应用复方阿嗪米特联合阿普唑仑治疗的临床分析(1)

【摘要】目的:探讨复方阿嗪米特联合阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的84例功能性消化不良患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各42例，观察组采用复方阿嗪米特联合阿普唑仑治疗，对照组单纯采用复方阿嗪米特治疗，比较两组患者治疗总有效率及治疗前后症状积分的变化情况。结果: 观察组治疗后总有效率97.6%明显高于对照组的80.9%，P<0.05；且观察组治疗后各症状积分较治疗前有明显降低，且治疗后各项症状积分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义，P<0.01。结论:复方阿嗪米特联合阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良疗效明显，优于单纯采用复方阿嗪米特治疗，安全性高，值得推广。
