【摘要】目的：探讨剖宫产术中大出血时护理抢救小组的职责与分工。 方法：对2011年1月——2013年12月间在我院13232例剖宫产中发生大出血的37例患者进行回顾行分析，总结抢救过程中护理抢救小组的职责与分工。结果：从全局出发的抢救护理管理理念，严密的抢救程序及职责明确的护理分工，是抢救成功的关键。本组37例大出血经过护士有效的配合抢救，7例产妇行子宫次全切除术，无死亡病例，30例病人术后恢复良好，无后遗症。 结论：剖宫产术中的大出血往往来势凶猛，在抢救中成立护理抢救小组，进行合理的护理分工，有效地配合抢救，是抢救成功的重要保障。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the responsibilities and Distribution of nursing rescue teem while massive hemorrhage during caesarean section. Methods The 37 cases with cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea in our hospital from January in 2011 to December in 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and summarized the responsibilities and distribution of nursing rescue teem in cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea. ResultsThe key to successful rescueis thatholistic nursing rescue management idea, the strict rescue procedures and the clear division of labour. After the effective rescue cooperation by nurses, there were 7 case received the subtotal hysterectomy and no case with death. The 30 cases were with recovery and without sequelae.ConclusionsBleeding in cesarean section is often ferocious, then establish nursing rescue teem ,reasonable care division and effectively meet the rescue is an important guarantee for successful treatment. ......
