【摘要】 目的 探讨碳酸氢钠治疗呼吸机治疗引起的口腔真菌感染的效果。方法 选取我院于采用无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺引起口腔真菌感染的患者80例患者进行研究。结果 碳酸氢钠治疗组治疗后的pH值显著高于制霉素治疗组(P<0.05)；碳酸氢钠治疗组真菌感染的持续时间和总住院时间明显少于制霉素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 呼吸机治疗引起的口腔真菌感染采用碳酸氢钠治疗具有比较好的临床效果，值得在临床广泛推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of sodium bicarbonate therapy ventilator-induced oral fungal infection. Methods Choosing from using noninvasive ventilator treatment for copd patients with oral cavity fungal infection caused 80 cases of patients were studied.Result The pH of sodium bicarbonate treatment group was significantly higher than after nystatin treatment group (P <0.05); sodium bicarbonate treatment of fungal infections of the group and the total duration of hospital stay than nystatin treatment duration and total hospital group significantly shorter (P <0.05). ConclusionThe ventilator treatment of oral fungal infections caused by the use of sodium bicarbonate therapy has better clinical results, should be popularized in clinical practice. ......
