【摘要】 住院医师规范化培训是培养高水平专业人才不可缺乏的手段，对于培养临床高层次医师和提高医疗质量极为重要，为医学终生教育搭建了一座承前(医学院校基本教育)启后(继续医学教育)的桥梁。通过对南充市住院医师规范化培训实施现状的调查，目前我国的住院医师规范化培训还存在一些问题，但是，只要通过不断地探索和改进，一定会使我国的住院医师规范化培训步入一个更乐观的前景。
