【摘要】目的:分析研究老年DM(糖尿病)伴有低血糖采取临床护理干预的效果。方法：选取2007年12月-2013年1月在我科接受的患有老年糖尿病伴有低血糖的患者120例，对其采取相对应的护理干预措施，对其临床效果给予进一步的分析研究。结果：临床护理以后的血糖和食欲改善情况明显优于护理之前，其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)；呕吐次数明显低于护理之前，其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年DM伴有低血糖采取相对应的临床护理干预措施，可以使患者血糖控制在正常范围之内，使患者健康生活质量得到保障。

Abstract：Objective: To study clinical nursing intervention to the elderly DM (diabetes) associated with hypoglycemia. Methods: elected 120 elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia in our department from December 2007 to January 2013, and analyzed the clinical effect after taking corresponding nursing intervention measures. Results: The glucose and appetite was improved significantly after clinical nursing, which was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and vomiting times was significantly lower than that before nursing, which was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing intervention measures to elderly DM with hypoglycemia can make blood glucose control in the normal range, so that the quality of life of patients is protected ......
