老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖的临床护理分析

【摘要】目的:分析研究老年DM(糖尿病)伴有低血糖采取临床护理干预的效果。方法：选取2007年12月-2013年1月在我科接受的患有老年糖尿病伴有低血糖的患者120例，对其采取相对应的护理干预措施，对其临床效果给予进一步的分析研究。结果：临床护理以后的血糖和食欲改善情况明显优于护理之前，其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)；呕吐次数明显低于护理之前，其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年DM伴有低血糖采取相对应的临床护理干预措施，可以使患者血糖控制在正常范围之内，使患者健康生活质量得到保障。

Abstract：Objective: To study the effect of nursing hypoglycemia for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Choosed 120 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus from Dec. 2007 to Jan. 2013 to treated with intervention nursing. Results: The results of hypoglycemia and appetite after nursing were better than before (P<0.05), the times of vomit was lower than before (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing hypoglycemia for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus with intervening measures can controll blood sugar normal and insure patients’life.
