【摘要】目的：观察美宝烧伤膏在自体微粒皮种植修复肉芽创面使用的临床疗效。方法：选取临床中老年患者，其肉芽创面面积大于5cm2、小于2%TBSA，按取皮面积：创面面积=1：20～30的比例种植自体微粒皮，分为两组，用湿润烧伤膏或者生理盐水换药至创面愈合，观察创面皮岛长出及愈合时间。结果：肉芽创面经自体微粒皮种植术后，应用MEBO或者生理盐水换药治疗都能修复创面至愈合，MEBO较生理盐水换药至创面愈合率高；应用MEBO换药治疗较生理盐水换药治疗，创面生长出皮岛以及愈合所需时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论：肉芽创面经自体微粒皮种植术后，应用MEBO治疗能有效促进创面修复。

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect MEBO in the repair of granulation wounds with autologous microskin grafts . Methods: elderly patients ( granulation wounds > 5cm2, <2% TBSA) were selected, graftd autologous microskin according to the proportion of 1: 20～30(autologous skin area: granulation wounds area). The patients were divided into two groups and changed dressings with MEBO or physiological saline until the wound healing. The eruption time of autologous skin and healing time of wound was recorded. Results: The wound of both groups can heal after autologous microskin grafts planted, the healing rate of the MEBO group is higher than the physiological saline group. The eruption time of autologous skin and healing time of the MEBO group is significantly shorter than the physiological saline group (P<0.01).Conclusion: Application of MEBO promote effectively the healing of the granulation wounds planted autologous microskin grafts. ......
