【摘要】目的 研究AAA算法与PBC算法在肺癌放疗计划中计算的对比应用。方法 回顾20例肺癌患者的放疗计划，经统计分析靶区平均剂量、靶区适形指数、靶区均匀指数、射野总跳数、全肺受量和脊髓最大剂量等相关数据。 结果 肺癌的放射治疗计划应用AAA算法与PBC算法得出的相应数据不尽相同。结论 AAA算法更适合于肺癌放疗计划。

    Abstract： Objective This paper studied the AAA algorithms and calculation result of PBC algorithm in lung cancer radiotherapy plan.MethodsReview of 20 cases of lung cancer radiotherapy plan, through the statistical analysis of target area, average dose of target region, conformal index target homogeneity index, field total hops, whole lung dose and the maximum dose of the spinal cord and other related data.ResultsThe corresponding data of lung cancer radiotherapy treatment planning using AAA algorithm and PBC algorithm are not the same. ConculusionAAA algorithm is more suitable for lung cancer radiotherapy.
