经皮骶髂螺钉内固定联合支架外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效研究

【摘要】目的：研究经皮骶髂螺钉内固定联合支架外固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效。方法：将不稳定型骨盆骨折患者纳入研究，根据治疗方法不同分为给予经皮骶髋螺钉固定治疗的观察组和给予切开复位内固定治疗的对照组，比较两组患者的手术情况及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果：观察组患者的术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院总时间均低于对照组，Harris评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组。结论：经皮骶髋螺钉固定治疗有助于减小手术创伤、促进术后恢复、改善关节功能，且取得与常规手术相当的手术时间，是治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的理想方式。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effectof percutaneoussacroiliac screw internal fixationcombined withexternal fixationin treating unstablepelvic fracture.Methods:unstable pelvicfractures patients were enrolled and divided into observation group given percutaneoussacroiliac screw fixation and control group given openreduction and internal fixation. Then operation condition and hip functionrecovery were compared.Results: intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative ambulation time,hospitalizationtime of observation group were lower than control group, Harris score and Barthel index were higher than control group. Conclusion:percutaneoussacroiliac screw fixation is an ideal method in treating unstablepelvic fracture for it can reduce operationtrauma,promote postoperativerecovery,improve joint function ......
