纸片法快速检测水中总大肠菌群方法探讨

【摘要】目的：研究纸片法快速检测水中总大肠菌群方法。方法：将采集到的水样，按GB/T5750.12-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法 微生物指标》中多管发酵法和水中总大肠菌群纸片法同时测定水中总大肠菌群。结果：总大肠菌群纸片法快速检测结果与国标多管发酵法测定结果比较无显著性差异，两种方法具有较好的相关性，相关系数为0.9670。结论：总大肠菌群纸片法与国标法相比无显著性差异，具有一定的可行性，值得推广。
