【摘 要】 目的：通过观察本院收治的76例患小儿呼吸内科支气管肺炎的患者，对其临床治疗进行分析与探讨。方法： 回顾性研究2011-2013年在我院接受治疗的76例小儿支气管肺炎患者。结果： 本组病例具有典型的临床表现，比较容易诊断和治疗。只要加强对患者的观察和治疗，基本可以及时的取得较好的治疗效果。结论： 在治疗小儿支气管肺时，应该及时发现病情，查明病因，积极治疗。重视卫生知识的普及，加强群众的就医素质，做到早发现早治疗。
