【摘 要】 目的：对老年肺炎患者的发病原因进行分析，探讨临床治疗的措施，提高临床诊治水平。方法：：回顾性分析2012年3月至2014 年3月间我院收治的59例老年消化性溃疡患者的临床资料，探讨其发病的诱因以及临床患病特点，找出最优的治疗措施。结果： 老年易于冬春季诱发肺炎，且发病症状不典型，一般患病时间较长，患病死亡率也较高。59例患者中有3例死亡，33例好转，23例治愈。结论： 临床上应对老年肺炎高度重视，密切关注此类病症的临床特点，积极采取治疗措施，提高治愈率，改善老年患者的生存质量。
