【摘 要】 目的：对儿科临床上常见药物的不良反应发生原因进行分析与探讨。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年4 月至2014年4月间收治的265例儿科患者，对患儿在临床用药过程中出现的不良反应情况进行分析与总结。结果：所有患儿中，出现药物不良反应27例，包括皮疹、荨麻疹等皮肤性不良反应12例，呕吐7例，腹泻5例，肝功能损害2例，肾脏损害1例。结论：要严格儿科临床用药，针对患儿病情选择性用药，有不良反应应及时就医，确保患儿用药安全。
