【摘 要】 目的：改进生活饮用水中菌落总数测定方法；方法：在营养琼脂中加入一定量的TTC按GB/T5750-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标菌落总数平皿计数法进行检测；结果：同一样品利用该法与国标法检测生活饮用水中菌落总数经统计学检验无显著性差异；结论：TTC琼脂平板计数结果准确，对有杂质水样具有较高的灵敏性，受干扰少值得推广。
