【摘要】本文对急性脊柱创伤诊断和治疗的实用方法，并随机挑选历年20例急性脊柱创伤患者的临床医疗资料，对经过X线平片，CT及MRI相结合治疗脊柱创伤临床效果进行分析。讨论并评定患者术后恢复情况的好坏差异，那些最新手术方法适合急性患者，并予以更有效的治疗。
