孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗36例支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

【摘要】目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法：选取72例支气管哮喘急性发作患者，按数字表法，随机分为两组各36例，对照组采用沙丁胺醇联合赛庚啶进行治疗，观察组采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗。结果：观察组总有效率(94.44%)、PEF(82.69±2.69)、FEV1/FVC(80.32±2.02)%均明显高于对照组。结论：孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗能够有效改善患者肺功能，提高治疗效果。

Abstract： Objective： to investigate the meng LuSi， joint budesonide treatment of bronchial asthma acute attack clinical curative effect. Methods： choose 72 cases of bronchial asthma patients with acute onset， press numeric table method， randomly divided into two groups， 36 cases in control group using salbutamol combined cyproheptadine treatment， observation group with meng LuSi with budesonide therapy. Results： the observation group total effective rate (94.44%)， PEF (82.69 + 2.69)， FEV1 / FVC were significantly higher than the control group (80.32 + 2.02) %.
