【摘要】目的：探讨外伤性十二指肠损伤临床诊治措施。方法：选取我院收治的26例外伤性十二指肠损伤患者，所有患者均给予十二指肠减压以及腹腔充分引流治疗，其中单纯修补术10例，空肠浆肌层补片覆盖加强修补5例，十二指肠憩室化手术3例，十二指肠球部胃窦部分切除毕工式吻合术2例，十二指肠损伤裂口与空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术6例。结果：26例患者患者中，治愈的24例，2例死亡，死亡率7.69%。结论：手术探查是诊治外伤性十二指肠损伤的重要措施，正确手术方式能有效降低病死率和并发症发生率。
