【摘要】目的：通过对260例孕产妇在待产及分娩时分别给予心理护理或仅做普通生理护理的对比试验，研究心理护理在待产及分娩过程中的可行性与必要性。方法：采取加强基础生活护理，与患者零距离接触，细心观察患者的每一个变化，调节情绪、微笑服务、变换心境、安慰鼓励等心理护理手段。结果：产妇打开心扉，主动与我们倾诉，积极配合分娩。最后顺利生产，减轻产妇的痛苦及家属的担忧。结论：心理护理应始终贯穿待产及分娩全过程。
