【摘要】这是一项探索性、多因素研究，这项量化的研究设计目的是为了探索护士在与因卒中而患失语症的患者交流中使用的沟通技巧。参与本研究的27名神经科护士均为我们这家综合性医院。最常用提到的技巧是手势(100%)，口头交流(33.3%)，书面交流(29.6%)还有接触(18.5%)，在实验中，手势占的比例为40.7%，触摸出现在所有交流中，这也暗示了在护理工作中通过触摸指导患者的重要性，【关键词】卒中;失语症;沟通;护理;护患关系
