【摘要】目的：通过实验和分析探究纳洛酮对老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的治疗价值。方法：用纳洛酮对本院收治的40例多发脑梗死性痴呆老年患者给予治疗，通过对比治疗前后患者的缺血、 智力精神情况及日常生活能力，客观评价在临床方面的治疗价值。结果：我们发现给予纳洛酮治疗后患者HDS-R及ADL得分显著高于治疗前，Hachinski得分显著低于治疗前，P<0.01。 结论：纳洛酮对老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的主要临床症状、 精神状态及日常生活能力有显著改善效果。
