【摘要】目的 调查研究医患关系成因及改善方法。方法 调查河南省相关地区医院医患关系现状及产生原因，利用相关数据分析方法分析调研结果。结果 河南省相关地区目前的医患关系紧张情况的确存在，但并非如有关媒体报道的那样恶劣。医患纠纷产生主要来自医生，患者，社会，媒体四方面。结论 通过实地调查研究，将医患关系现状成因分析反馈给相关医院，并给出解决意见，以期为建立和谐的医患关系做出贡献。
