【摘要】目的 通过对腹腔镜术后并发症、相关因素调查及预防处理和效果的总结分析，为临床年轻医师在腹腔镜术后管理提供一些借鉴。方法 对660例腹腔镜手术病例进行回顾性分析。 结果 腹腔镜术后并发症多种，占11.06 %，死亡率为0。其发生与麻醉、年龄、有无合并症、手术时间、手术方式、盆腔状态、肿瘤大小等因素密切相关。结论 腹腔镜术后并发症多种多样，掌握了导致其发生的相关因素，临床对诸多环节做好预防有的放矢，使腹腔镜术后管理得心应手，避免过度检查治疗，减轻患者痛苦，同时减少医疗费用，节省医疗资源。

    Abstract：Objective： The correlative reason and the pretreatment effect of laparoscopic syndrome after operation were summarized and analyzed to provide some reference for young doctors， who would watch patients after laparoscopic operation.
