【摘要】甲基苯丙胺，俗称"冰毒"，目前已成为滥用最广泛的新型毒品，神经毒性大、戒断反应明显、成瘾性强，复吸率高。毒品成瘾性强，戒断症状严重而治疗棘手，复吸率极高而难以康复，毒品依赖者单纯脱毒保守治疗后其复吸率国内外报道均超过95%该院通过入院到出院的家庭干预措施，使该院冰毒患者复吸率由96.67%下降到84.72%。
