【摘要】本文从当前社会主义核心价值观与和谐社会建设的角度出发，指出医务人员职业道德建设的必要性和重要性，针对当前我院医务人员职业道德中的存在问题进行分析研究，指出我院存在职业道德问题的主要原因，并从思想道德理解认识、道德建设规范制度、教育及培训活动等方面出发，提出并阐述加强医务人员进行职业道德建设的有效措施及对策，提高医院医疗职业道德的整体水平与素质，保证并促进医疗卫生事业的可持续发展。
