【摘要】目的：建立反相色谱法测定依替巴肽的氨基酸比值。方法：采用以 6- 氨基喹啉- N- 羟基琥珀酰亚胺基甲酸酯(AQC)与各氨基酸柱前定量衍生后，经反相色谱测定。结果：在范围内各氨基酸的线性关系良好，精密度，溶液稳定性，回收率均良好。结论：该方法准确可靠，重现性好，易于操作，可用于依替巴肽中氨基酸组成的测定。
