【摘要】目的：探讨病房紫外线消毒的不安全因素，总结分析原因并采取防范措施。方法：选择本科2014年7月—2015年7月紫外线消毒致患者意外灼伤3例进行总结分析，并制定相应的防范措施。结果：实施防范措施后未发生紫外线意外灼伤不安全事件。 结论：加强对紫外线消毒的管理，增强护理人员安全防范意识，减少不良事件发生，有利于提高护理服务质量。
